Bordeaux
Arriving in Bordeaux, France on June 25, 2019 was both exhilarating and exhausting.
Leaving June 23th from Los Angeles for a 10 ½ hour to London’s Heathrow airport which arrived June 24th and taking the Express bus to the Hilton Gatwick hotel, checking in and trying to get some sleep for the next day’s flight to Bordeaux seemed long. But the evenings rest in Gatwick really helped me avoid the jet lag.
I was very excited to be picked up by Florence and Patrick. They were so kind to do so and let me stay at their beautiful home for the week.
